  • What are the Plains states and Texas doing differently than everybody else???  Whatever it is, it seems to me that we all need to do it!

    • Farming, ranching and sending all the kids that don’t want to do physical work to the city. Meanwhile, one section of the Mid-Atlantic is doing much better than the surrounding areas.

  • Just from memory, it appears to me that the states with the highest unemployment also have the highest mortgage default rates (Calif., Fla., Arizona, Nevada?). Imagine that.

  • Flyover states doing well, coastal elites crashing.   Who needs flyover country?  It seems that the elites do.
