ObamaCare rollout: When you’ve lost MSNBC …

How bad is it?  Well, here’s a clip of “Morning Joe” on MSNBC.  In it, the group isn’t even polite about it – they simply point out that the administration is now engaged in lying about it’s rollout and the numbers involved.  Even they can’t find it in themselves to prevaricate about what’s been going on.  It’s a disaster and even the left can see that:

Usually, when something is so bad that it can’t be denied, even the left will finally admit it.  Here’s that point.  Two years after it was passed, two years of being able to enlist the help of world class contractors and putting a state-of-the art system together, what have we got?

The Edsel of systems.  In fact, that’s not fair to Edsel.  It at least ran.

Meanwhile, Kathleen Sebelius continues to cash her paychecks.

It is TOXIC.  Run away, run away…!!!

And THAT is just a website…

    When you lack…you know…ACTUAL enrollees…you just LIE.

    In good Collectivist fashion.

  • By Tuesday they will be back to Shrill Sycophant Mode.

  • Yeah, the technical difficulties around the rollout were horrible.  No one denies that.  But if they do get fixed within a few weeks and things start rolling smoothly, it’ll be a forgotten opening glitch.  It’s about technology here, not the policy.  Website problems can be fixed.  So yeah, strong supporters of Obamacare admit that the technology failed in the roll out and must be fixed.  No one denies that!

    • The Cycle’s Krystal Ball criticized the Obama administration’s flubbed launch of its online exchanges and raised questions about whether Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius should be let go as a result, joining a handful of MSNBC contributors who have expressed similar views.
“I was prepared for some glitches, some minor problems, but this is a catastrophe,” Ball said on MSNBC on Monday afternoon before asking if Sebelius should resign over the rollout. The Grio’s Perry Bacon said Ball was asking a “very reasonable question.”
Bacon said that Sebelius’s appearing on the Daily Show earlier this month while turning down appearing before Congress was an abandonment of her responsibilities, and could force even some Democrats to question if Sebelius should be fired.

So, is She’s-bilious about to be under-bussed…???

So yeah, strong supporters of Obamacare admit that the technology failed in the roll out and must be fixed.  No one denies that!

You mean TODAY no one denies that.  A week ago, it was all about “high demand”.  Which has TWO problems…
      1. “demand” is a market economics term.  Things you make MANDATORY are not “demand”.
      2. a heavy day on Drudge is “high demand”.  The ObamaDoggle roll-out was nutin’.

AND, this is just the stupid website.  This is just the merest tip of the FAILberg that is ObamaDoggle.

      • “Obama, Democrats, rah rah rah!”

      • “The extremist in Washington is Barack Obama. He’s the guy that wants to fundamentally transform our health care. He’s the guy that’s done enormous damage to America’s standing in the world.”

    • Let me tell you, they will NOT be fixed in a few weeks.   I do this for a living.  But that probably means you know more than I do.

    • Its about competency in government.  This will continue into people’s medical care itself. Morons like you are dangerous and will have blood on you hands in a few years or less.

      • There’s a not-too-old Russian joke:

It is the time of Stalin, he is traveling in a train and it becomes stuck in the snow. Stalin says, “fire all the engineers and replace them with the proletariat.” The trains gets moving again.

        Time passes.
It is the time of Khrushchev, he is traveling in a train and it becomes stuck in the snow. Khrushchev says, “bring back the engineers. .. they knew what they were doing.” The trains gets moving again.

        Time passes.
It is the time of Brezhnev, he is traveling in a train and it becomes stuck in the snow. Brezhnev says, “pull down the shades and pretend we are moving.”

… next, Obama will be saying we should pull down the shades and pretend …

    • Hey dipsh*t, they had 3 effing years to plan this out. What makes you think the administration of this is gonna be any better?

Ah, I don’t care. I’m actually thoroughly gonna enjoy the people getting this one good and hard. It’s already started, the sob stories of jobs throwing people onto the exchanges, or people losing hours/jobs because of the implications. As long as enough of the right people suffer, I can live with this.

    • But if they do get fixed within a few weeks and things start rolling smoothly, it’ll be a forgotten opening glitch

That’s certainly true.  What will be remembered is people paying thousands of dollars more each year for worse coverage than they currently have.

    • Hah. The policy drove the tech glitch. Specifically the Administration didn’t want people browsing prices prior to registering. They didn’t want to scare people off right away. That, in itself, is an indication of where the policy is going.

  • It may have been passed two years ago but the rules and regulations continue to spew out as we “find out what is in it”.

  • I wonder what the aggregated productive time wasted by Americans on this FAILberg is…just to date…???

  • I suspect one of the website authoring companies will get thrown under the bus.  Afterall, government is not as inept and corrupt as corporations.

Hopefully its one of Obama’s Cronies.

  • The twin promises, “If you like your plan you can keep your plan; if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” were key to passing this monstrosity. If Obama had said, “some of you will be forced to give up your current plan and your current doctor,” this thing never would have gotten 200 votes in the House.
    —Jim Geraghty

    Exactly.
And, when a 2000+ page “law” is passed…after being defeated multiple times…on the basis of fundamental lies, that is NOT democracy, but obvious tyranny.

    • Law of the land!  Constitutional!  You must accept it!

Now then.   There’s a couple of burlap sacks over there, get back out to that cotton field before I get the whip.

    • Don’t forget the $2,500 savings. Another lie.
And the plans, while they might cover anything, have very high deductibles. People expecting “free” healthcare where you pay 10 bucks to see the doctor like their public employee neighbors will be wondering why they have to pay such huge amounts.

      • It was…and is…lies, all up and down.

But we knew that.  Those of us who can think, and have some basic understanding of reality, knew all along that the moonpony promises were simply impossible.

AND we knew that…behind those pretty lies…was a much, much darker reality hiding, and THAT was the real reason behind the drive for this affront to freedom.

        • So you are saying we can’t expand healcare coverage to another 30M people while making healthcare more affordable? Really? Why can’t we have it all?

          • I know.  I’m a racist.

          • Damn…..

hang on…. let me check the book to see what I call you when you call yourself a racist.

Shoot…there has to be something…..don’t go away, I’ll be back…maybe in the appendix…..

  • Stand by for yet another pivot to J-O-B-S
