Eric Holder was to “justice” what Barack Obama is to “leader” (update)

Good riddance to the worst Attorney General in living history.  In fact, I came to consider his department the “Department of Just Us” in which “justice” was a political tool to be wielded selectively and only when it helped those constituencies that comprised the “us”.  And, of course, that included selective enforcement of the laws.   Or said another way “rule of man” vs. “rule of law”.

The scandals such as Fast and Furious, were simply something to be expected from such a department.  How could it be otherwise?  They weren’t of the law, they considered themselves above the law.   I have nothing nice to say about Eric Holder except I’m glad this day has finally come.

The Justice Department has been horribly harmed by that man’s tenure at the helm.  Like America’s reputation in the world under Barack Obama, DOJ has a long climb back to respectability.

UPDATE:

Meanwhile the “us” faction has immediately gone into action:

The Rev. Al Sharpton said his civil rights organization, the National Action Network, is “engaged in immediate conversations” with the White House as they work to name a successor to Attorney General Eric Holder, who is set to announce his resignation Thursday afternoon.

“We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder,” Sharpton said in a statement.

Proving, again…some more…another time…that there is no lie the lying liars of the Collectivist Mushroom Media will not at least TRY to make float.

Holder is the lead henchman in the Obamic Outlaw Gang, and a principal in the Obamabanana Republic. But anybody would have predicted this, given his record.

He was, is, and will always be a Black Radical Collectivist, and has done damage to this nation it will take years to reverse…if it can be reversed. Hopefully, he will stay in office long enough to give the Congress a chance to impeach him.

“the Lapdog, Collectivist Mushroom Media will not at least TRY to make float.” more better.

  • “we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder,”
    .
What, someone who will take less time to be held in contempt of Congress?
Someone who will be as divisive to help keep Al Sharpton in business?
Someone who will see color first and foremost in everything?
Someone who will think their personal skin color gives them license to make an issue of anything involving anyone with the same color skin regardless of it being an appropriate action for the Justice Department?
Someone who will selectively enforce the law?
Someone who will break the law?
    .
Which general direction does Al want to go in?

Want to see what a convention of Dixiecrats would look like if they were told Bull Connor was resigning his position as Deemocrat committeeman?

Yep. Racists losing a key racist.

    • I tried to watch the video you linked to, but couldn’t finish. I about lost the breakfast I was trying to eat. And to think, these people are serious when they say Eric Holder has been a great Attorney General.

  • In a just and moral world, Al Sharpton would be shunned. No one would accept his phone calls, no one would stand next to him on a stage or at a podium, and if he entered a room, all persons of good character would find an excuse to leave immediately.

The fact that he has a public voice in this country -at ALL- is a sign of how far our nation has fallen.

    Ugh.

But then again, I think the same way about Obama and his crack team of do-nothings.

  • I can’t wait to see who Al Sharpton recommends for Attorney General. That should be good for a laugh, if you can keep from crying.

  • Interestingly, the day care center at DOJ is (or was) called “Just Us Kids.”

  • I can’t see making anything about a guy who is headed for the door, except perhaps a criminal indictment.

I’m calling bull crap. That moron couldn’t conjure up this cognizant, plausible statement nevermind articulate it.
