Well, yeah, why would the mere weight of column of water 4,000 meters in height be sufficient pressure to prevent an explosion when a column of that much plus the height of a 1500 meter mountain volcano of it’s own magma — likely 2 to three times the weight of water — isn’t enough to suppress the internal pressure to a trickle.
Once it hits that point near the surface where the explosion occurs, the water will suppress the extent of the explosion but I can’t imagine why they’d think the explosion couldn’t occur. They must have run a computer simulation to give them that idea. |

The arctic ice is melting because of:
1. Chinese soot increasing heat absorption
2. Cycles in the ocean currents and wind currents’
3. Undersea volcanic heating
4. natural climate cycles
The undersea volcanoes are only part of the picture.
The idiots at the IPCC are unaware that the Northwest Passage was wide open twice in the 20th century. But then that’s what idiots do. |
