February 09, 2004 I have not yet begun to spend... Sure, Bush is trailing in the polls right now....but he still has $100 some-odd million dollars in campaign funds. And he doesn't have to spend a dime on name-recognition, as do nearly all non-incumbents. What do you suppose he's going to do with that? TV? Radio? Print? One wonders what they have up their sleeve. Whatever it is, it's going to be huge....and the less time in which he has to spend that money, the bigger it gets. |
