A Bleak Outlook
Posted by Dale Franks
It's extremely worthwhile to read over this analysis, from the May 2, 1981 edition of The New Republic, of Ronald Reagan's first 100 days in office. It's all there. His simplistic view of the Soviet Union, our need to eliminate 4 divisions in Europe, our overextended credit at home and abroad, the institutional collapse of the US government.
Worry, worry, worry. No doubt it will all come to a bad end.
Heh.
