Moore wants worldwide regime change
Posted by McQ

Flap-jawed Michael Moore just can't help himself. He has a willing press and by gosh he's going to take advantage of it. Apparently unsatisfied with an attempted "regime change" here at home, he's now broadened his attacks to attempt to influence "regime change" abroad as well:

"I've been racking my brain, trying to figure out what Tony Blair, an otherwise intelligent man, would be doing hooking himself up with President Bush ... maybe someday, someone could do some examination, put him under hypnosis."

Moore called Japan's decision to send troops to participate in the rebuilding mission "a shameful and disgraceful thing," and said Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's decision to deploy 3,000 troops in Iraq was "an embarrassment to Italy."

Not satisfied with just attacking Britian, Japan and Italy, Moore took a big, fat shot at Australia as well:

Speaking to foreign journalists in a New York City hotel about the global release of his so-called "documentary" Fahrenheit 9/11, Moore said Australian Prime Minister John Howard's decision to take part in the war in Iraq was "disgraceful."

Moore said he hoped that Australian voters, after seeing his movie, would remove Howard from office in elections scheduled for later this year.

"I hope the same thing happens to him that happened to the leader of Spain, when he decided to be part of the coalition of the willing."

And finally as a sort of parting shot, one assumes, Moore hefted a backhanded cheap shot at Bush by way of Tony Blair:

"Blair is smart, so what's his excuse [for going to war]?" Moore said. "At least Bush has an excuse."

One assumes the interviews ended when the room service trolly showed up.

So much for the worldwide box office on his latest piece of fiction.

It's as close as we'll ever get to that fat idiot actually admitting the President wasn't acting unilaterally.
