The French have realized the futility of fighting with their dog and instead, have wisely opted for a very minimal force and rely instead on psycho-tropic drugs to deal with the aggression of their dog(s). Obviously, dog-rearing has changed and a stick is no longer a very useful tool for dealing with a changed dog world…how long will it take for the US to realize this and reduce its bloated force of sticks? |

Had it been a full-sized poodle, I’m sure Chirac would have surrendered to it...Oh I’m sorry PaulH, didn’t mean to tromp on any French sensibilities, about a nation that hasn’t won a war, since...The War of Spanish Succession? And even then, France managed to lose the whole string of wars making up the Second Hundred Years War, ending in 1814.
