The Softness of XM, Redux
Posted by: Dale Franks on Thursday, February 09, 2006

Today, XM played "Tear You Apart", on Ethel again. But, this time it was the dirty version. So, all is right with the world.

Now, can we please never, ever play that stupid freakin' song again?

UPDATE: XM's Eric Range gets back to me:
Fact is - we're not an XL-channel. While we have gotten away with slipping the F-BOMB (among others..) in the passed.. we have recently been told that it is not as cool as we thought.

So, we have come to an agreement with your song in question: TEAR YOU APART... from 8A-8P EST we are playing the edit. From 8p-8a, we're playing the album version.
Ok. I can live with that compromise.

This sounds awfully like the humor over at Protein Wisdom. What next, a conceptual series?
