Interestingly, the Army National Guard was at 113% and both the USMC reserve and the AF reserve were at 100%. The Army reserve came in at 96% with the Air Guard and Navy reserve both lowest at 90% and 88% respectively. And, as usual, within the active military: "All services are projected to meet their retention goals for the current fiscal year."
This whole broken military meme has always astonished me. If three years of low intensity fighting can break the US military, then we are in some deep trouble.
