That system doesn’t look all that good to me. The "missing" entries didn’t happen until the folks at the destination made the report to DHS, a day or so after the students were supposed to mave gotten there. So they had at least a whole 24 hours to get to wherever they wanted before anyone knew they were gone.
Why wasn’t there a DHS employee at the airport to verify that they arrived and to make sure that they got on the plane to their next destination (at the very least)?
Why on Earth are we still allowing 20-ish male Egyptian students to travel on student visas without even the most elementary of assurances that they will get to where they should be. |

I don’t understand these lads. IF I was going to study I wouldn’t have chosen Montana U. that’s for sure, BUT if I were going to skip out on my visa, I’d sure never be causght in Md. NJ, Mn. and the like... Savanah Ga., South Padre island, Orlando. Las Vegas, I mean if I’m going to run afoul of Da Man at least I want Booze, Babes, Bikinis, Beaches, and Baccarat (Martini, Shaken not stirred). I believe they need to be deported for a serious FUN deficiency.

I just do not understand the administrations utter failure to see what should be done. One of the FIRST things I would have done post 9/11 would be to immediately deport anyone hear on an over stayed visa form a terror exporting state. Any little thing, any misdemeanor, and your out of here. Then I would have ended ALL
student visas from terror exporting states.
There is no reason in hell we should even put up with this crap. GET EM ALL OUT OF HERE! |
