Name that moonbat!
Posted by: McQ on Wednesday, August 16, 2006

Maybe we could make this a game show:

Quote 1:
"What I have learned from the corporate media is that they are there to protect the status quo. They are there to protect the powers that be, and anyone who becomes a threat in any kind of way by providing information that will go directly to the survival of the community, to the uplifting of the people, will become an enemy."
Now I think the next quote is a dead giveaway, so I'm going to put it below the fold. But if you guessed correctly after quote 1, you're pretty tuned in. BTW, the link to the story identifying who is being quoted will be after quote 2.

Quote 2:
"You won't know who won as long as we have those electronic voting machines, with the problems that have been manifested by them,"
And the moonbat in question is: link

I know ... big surprise.

I thought it was her but had to read to be sure -
the black community needs to oppose electronic voting machines, which she warned can be used to steal elections.
uh-huh, just the black community. The machines will differentiate between white voters and black. Riigggghhtttt.
she considers herself a "black political paramedic," and the "black body politic is near comatose."
I’d rather like to think they are waking up and realizing representatives like her are a nightmare.
to the uplifting of the people,
especially the ones you punch ;-)

Can’t anybody lose gracefully anymore?

As far as the electronic voting machines quote goes, even idiots occasionally say something correct. Not saying *she* lost because of them, but they are a problem.

Well, sure, if she had actally lost I am certain that she would have done so gracefully.

The truly ironic thing is that Cathy Cox, Georgia’s Secretary of State and as staunch a Democrat as you will find here in GA, championed the Diebold voting machine purchase. Those dastardly Republicans had little control over the process, other than through their Rovian mind control rays, of course.
