You forget McQ, Muslims are the poor, brown "other" who are victims of colonial oppression on behalf of rich white capitalists and jews. They are the have-nots in a world dominated by haves. We musn’t rush to judgement against these noble savages who are merely reacting out of frustration. We cannot burden them with an expectation of humanity or free-will, lest we redistribute the worlds wealth amongst the down-trodden in these third wolrd muslim countries. Once this happens, and an egalitarian socialist society is achieved, Muslims will naturally abandon their "opiate of the masses" and become proper, secular liberals like Tim Robbins and Ken Livingston. |

Since Islam is still living in the ninth century, I think no apology is necessary. |

The Sept. 11 attacks were widely condemned by Muslims. Most Muslims in the US suffered twice — first with the attack against their country, and next in hostility and aggression from people who apparently lack an individualist point of view, causing them to lump all Muslims together.
That seems to be the point of this post, to lump people together, reducing their uniqueness to a negative, predetermined description.
My question is, can one promote individual liberty while simultaneously denying a billion people their individuality? |

Most American Muslims suffered? How? How do you know this? Please quantify this claim. That seems to be the point of this post, to lump people together, reducing their uniqueness to a negative, predetermined description. No, that’s the point of Islam. Islam is submission. |
