OK, this is weird

 Mark Steyn has a new book out, "America Alone: The End of the World As We Know It".

I happen on to SteynOnline and see this:
COUNTDOWN TO OCTOBER 16th

AMERICA ALONE LIVE!

"America Alone: The End Of The World As We Know It" is officially released on Monday, and I'll be spending much of next week in studios and stations hither and yon.
Yeah, except I've been reading the book for a week now. And no, I didn't get an advanced copy.

I checked it out of our public library on October 6th.

Heh ... go figure.

[BTW, the book is an interesting read ... may have to throw a review up here after I finish]

What I find "Wierd" is the lack of Spellcheck available to the staff...and to my inattention during previous visits.

I’m not running the blog either... and in my REAL job, I AM expected to spell it correctly. And quite often these days I run my entries thru "Word" for spelling and grammar. And my postings aren’t "perfect" only CORRECT and INFORMATIVE...but of course you knew that already...I try to be humble, but still and all it’s tough.
