Actually it was someone from Oxfordshire UK on a Google Search with the key words "orange juice thallium".
He, or she, stayed about 10 seconds, since the link is to a member of the Neolibertarian Network’s blog (Disposable Wisdom.com), who, it appears, quit blogging in about April.
