In a warning to U.S. police departments, the FBI says that foreign nationals with "ties to extremists groups" are driving school buses or have licenses to drive them, but that "parents and children have nothing to fear."

Uh, huh. So tell me again why the FBI felt it was necessary to issue the warning? I mean if we have nothing to fear and all.

If something happens, "hey we warned you!" If nothing happens "hey we told you not to worry!"

Really, this is akin to the raising of the alert levels for the past we years, to wit "be scared! but be not specifically scared!"
