Posted by: McQ on Friday, March 23, 2007 This last week I received an email from blogger John Noonan at Op-For (a great milblog that you should be reading if you're not) asking me if I'd be interested in being one of the "live bloggers" for the Milblog Conference in May. After looking at the agenda and list of participants, I cleared the decks and said, "yes, thank you". I'm both flattered and honored to have been asked.
Anyway, to the point. If you're going to be in the Washington DC area on the 4th and 5th of May and are so inclined, you may want to register and come on down. Hit the link here and check it out. If not, tune in to the live blogging. I'll give you more details on it as they become available. Right now, it'll be me, Lorie Byrd from Whizbang and Mary Katherine Ham from Townhall performing the live blogging duties. Excellent company and ladies with whom I look forward to working. Yeah, I know ... tough duty. Anyway, it sounds like a blast, and I'll have the opportunity to meet a bunch of folks I've admired and enjoyed reading for years. Sounds like a win-win to me. |
