Listen Live

Tonight. 11pm EST.

Well probably talk about the House passing the Supplemental Spending bill as one topic. Possibly touch on Fred Thompson's point on how to stem the tide of illegal immigration as another and maybe a little talk about two posts this past week. One by Dale: "Talking past each other" and mine on "Redefining Rights".

Join us if you're up and coherent, or at least as coherent as we sound ... which, btw, gives you great lattitude.

Nice conversation after the "official" half-hour was over, too, guys. I did listen to the whole first part and had a thought of calling in about the positive liberty versus negative liberty thing, but I couldn’t bring myself to pick up the phone just to throw in my two cents on the issue. I just now (3:30 a.m.) finished a project I was working on for many hours.

Unfortunately I missed this one (looked at the clock and it was 11:35), and now that I’m listening to the podcast of it this morning, I’m sorry I did. I definitely would have called in on the natural rights & positive/negative liberty discussion.

Although I had already climbed into my keg of homebrew for the night, so I may not have met the "coherence" test...
