I tend to doubt that.

His only executive experience was as a junior officier in Vietnam. And of course, he made his Vietnam experience the core reason to elect him . . . but it wasn’t just Kerry who decided that, he won the primary because of that. Because the morons who vote Democratic thought that what he did 30 odd years ago made him ’electable’.
