TX Supremes: Send Sect’s Children Home

After the appellate division ruled last week that the Children taken from the polygamist sect at the YFZ Ranch in Texas should be sent home, the TX CPS appealed to the Texas Supreme Court. apparently, the CPS didn't get a friendly hearing from the Supremes.

Child Protective Services should not have seized more than 450 children from the YFZ Ranch near Eldorado, the Texas Supreme Court ruled Thursday, moving families from the polygamist sect a large step closer to reunification.

That didn't take long.

I guess that in the grand scheme of things, matters are proceeding at a good clip. What I can’t help thinking is that if you are one of the kids or parents, matters may not seem to be moving so quickly. Is there any way to penalize these CPS thugs for traumatizing these innocent children?
