Posted by: McQ on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 The "hand-grenade with a bad haircut", Mr. Ross Perot, is back, and he's charting his own course. Perot has put together a "fun with charts" website called "Perot Charts" (linked above) in which demonstrates all things financial and governmental via his favorite medium - charts. They're pretty well done too. I sat through the 35 chart, full narrated "Challenges Facing Our Country" presentation, and while I found nothing particularly surprising in the presentation, it certainly was chock full of facts, well persented and depressing. Depressing because you can see the train-wreck coming and you know, absolutely, that there isn't the will or the ability among the political class to do a thing about it - and that includes the two yahoos we have competing for the top job. |
