The difference between a "black hole" and a "black a-hole" is that light goes into the first but never comes out, hereas the with the second, the "light of reason" never goes in and only something toxic comes out. |

I think id of been even more angry that the commissioner seemed, i might of called him and idiot right then and there. Now "black hole" is considered by some to be a racist term - at least according to some idiot in Dallas ... This yahoo went even further putting "devil’s food cake" and "black sheep" out of bounds claiming them to be "racially insensitive" as well. I can’t believe you don’t see the obvious truth in his position, McQ.
Next thing you’re going to tell me that pool isn’t a game of racial domination, which should be obvious by the fact that all the colored balls are push around the green felt (representing Earth), and the way the game ends is by driving the black ball completely off the table.
Or that the terms "master" and "slave" as applied to hard drive arrangements aren’t blatant racism.

I think it was about 20 years ago when a city council member (I forget where) was booted off his committee for criticizing a certain policy as "niggardly" (that means "stingy" for the vocabulary-challenged out there).
Nobody said the self-appointed language police were smart. Or that this phenomenon was particularly new. |

Trust me, Price isn’t going anywhere any time soon. He’s the darling of the South Dallas community, and oddly enough it’s for exactly this reason.
He’s Al Shaprton, writ small. Race baiting is often his business. One time during a street blocking protest he tore the windshield wipers off a woman’s car. He claims she was trying to hit him with the vehicle.
On the other hand at times I’ve heard him say and do exceptionally sane things.
All in all though there’s more of this kind of thing than what I could call sanity. And this is how he keeps his job folks.
Seriously though, I thought he was smarter than this. |
