Biden has foreign policy experience? Does Senate foreign policy experience generally resemble that of the executive office?

How about we compare and contrast the Media’s handling of reports of John Edward’s love child while he was still campaigning to the media’s handling of Palin’s daughter? Might find a little bit of hypocrisy there. Just a bit. maybe. |

jpm100,
And while we’re at it, let’s check out how the MSM dealth with Jesse Jackson and his love child. Or Algore’s son and his "youthful shenanigans".
I just love the photoshopped Us magazine cover one of MM’s readers made. If you haven’t seen it, it’s good for a rueful chuckle.

Palin v. Hillary 2012. Landslide Palin. Before her speech a poll showed her give a credable performance against Hillary in a presidential election.Cram it Erb. Erb lives in his own reality. Otherwise he couldn’t say the nonsense he says. |

BDE,
The polls didn’t show Palin beating Hillary, but they showed her making a credible run against Hillary.
I suspect there is a chance we will see Hillary v Palin in 2012, and at that point Palin will own the experience argument, she will have the looks and youth, she has a much better personality and talent, and if she is coming out of a reasonably popular administration, Hillary won’t have a chance.
Hillary’s only chance now: McCain wins and his administration stinks. I guess she also has another chance: Obama wins and his administration really, really stinks (but then she will be facing Palin with an additional 4 years of executive experience).
The fact is, the newcomers Obama and Palin have pretty much destroyed Hillary’s chances, for now and 2012. |

Here’s my point. Hillary is done but she’d still beat Palin. Sorry its true.
Furthermore, I think McCain could have done better.
McCain - Love Him. I don’t like the fact that he had to abandon his stance on several important issues to secure the nomination, but overall he’s awsome.
Palin - Not so much...Historical Pick. Yes. Most qualified to enhance our chances of winning. Not really, in my opinion.
McCain needed to satisfy the hard core conservatives who don’t feel that he has their interests at heart who represent a large percentage of the Republican base. In addition, he reiterated his maverick image making a ’surprise’ pick of a relative unknown. Great. But does that really give him the best chance to win in November?
I hope so but I’m just not convinced. |

I think mccains gonna pay the price as earmark slayer when the onion peels on how palin supported the fed funds for the ketchikan bridge but then spent 329mil of it, namely bcuz she didnt want alaska to pay a penny. She also created a 2mil deficit as mayor of wasilla. The alaskan sen leader, a republican, sez palins not fit to be governor. Here comes big govt for u. |
