The ruling will favor the whining Muslim, as all such rulings do now. |

Remember that muslim cabbies at Minneapolis-St Paul Airport refused to carry passengers who had returned with duty free alcohol. They also balked at carrying pets, considering them unclean. In my view, if you are a licensed cab driver you should not be allowed to decide how to serve the public. Suppose they decided not to carry infidels - Buddhists, Jews, Hindus or Christians? I don’t think so. It’s a major mistake to give in to these demands.

How do you think the ruling will go? It doesn’t matter. Tesco has already been punished by having to fork over for their defense. This suit is a perfect example of the need for loser pays. |

And Islam doesn’t forbid handling alcohol anyway, just ingesting it.
Hell, he could bathe in the stuff and not offend Allah. |

And Islam doesn’t forbid handling alcohol anyway, just ingesting it.
Hell, he could bathe in the stuff and not offend Allah. A) He either wants to be offended or - B) He understands his religion better than we do (he can’t handle alcohol) or - C) He doesn’t understand his own religion
I’m going with A & C.
They can end his case right quick if they check his car’s windshield washing fluid and see if he uses an ethanol based product to clean them (I’m assuming he owns a car). |

Not definitive, obviously, but in a cursory search I found only one site saying Muslims were forbidden to sell alcohol, and even that one could cite no verses in support of it. |
