Posted by: McQ on Thursday, October 09, 2008 One of the things I've had the pleasure to do while presenting the "Someone You Should Know" segment on Pundit Review Radio (WRKO 680am out of Boston) is talk with a lot of outstanding people, like Michale Yon and Dean Barnett (previously of Town Hall and now at the Weekly Standard). Dean is very smart and astute observer of the political scene and has a sense of humor that is very much like mine. He's guest hosted and co-hosted with Kevin Whalen at times and I've always enjoyed our conversations. Via Ed Morrisey at Hot Air, I find out that Dean has been admitted to ICU with a bad flareup of his cystic fibrosis. I ask readers of QandO to take a moment and send up a prayer for Dean and his family. |
