Barack Obama’s beloved Auntie Zeituni is living in a Boston housing project. Obama, of course, didn’t know anything about it. "Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Saturday he didn’t know that one of his relatives was living in the United States illegally and believes the appropriate laws should be followed."
Hmmmm...when the London Times found her a few days ago, though, she sure made it sound as if she had been told by someone to keep quiet:
"Speaking outside her home in Flaherty Way, South Boston, on Tuesday, Ms Onyango, 56, confirmed she was the ’Auntie Zeituni’ in Mr Obama’s memoir. She declined to answer most other questions about her relationship with the presidential contender until after the November 4 election. ’I can’t talk about it, I just pray for him, that’s all,’ she said, adding: ’After the 4th, I can talk to anyone.’”

She "can’t talk" about her nephew right now, but she "can talk" in a few days? Maybe I’m being overly suspicious, but I suspect that she was told to keep quiet by Barack Obama and that he knows all about her and that he is now openly lying about it. |

Once again, the folks who went hysterical over government leaking of Joe the Plumber’s delinquent taxes and lack of plumbing license seem to care not at all that immigration info on B.O.’s aunt was leaked, in violation of both law, policy, and her privacy, from the Bush DHS.
Nauseating hypocrisy makes it very hard to take any of your complaints seriously. You love it when government power is abused to punish Democrats. You have no scruples at all, and don’t expect any sympathy from liberals when "eye for an eye" rules come into play - it’s too bad the Obama campaign isn’t the towering authoritarians you hysterically imagine, or even a worthless patch on the Bush Admin for abuse of power, because I’d be strongly tempted to enjoy the Fairness Doctrine enforced on certain throwers of stone in glass houses. |

But Glasnost and his twin sister, mkultra seem to think that violated Joe’s privacy rights, no one can talk about anything like this ever again. Must be nice to be able to define what can or can’t ever be talked about. |

Glasnot is completely correct. In the spirit of fairness, let’s punish those who leak information. We shall be completely fair and start chronologically. Joe was leaked first. So Obama should apologize and end his campaign, because he cannot control his supporters from doing such despicable deeds.
Once Obama has done this, say on Monday. McCain can do the same...maybe Tuesday or Wednesday because he is old, he takes longer to do things.
