This does nothing, however, to keep them from pinning their hopes and dreams on the "He’s not a natural born citizen" banner... |

I love this narrative...
Ann Dunham plans to create a US President, so she gets pregnant by a Kenyan national, out of wedlock, then rushes to marry, in Hawaii, but leaves Hawaii for Kenya to have the child, but knowing that this child will be eligible for any position in the entire United States of America, except for President, goes back to Hawaii and has a birth certificate created and then has two birth notices retroactively placed in the local newspapers.
Because in 1961, it was clear that baby Barack was on the fast track to the White House.
Clearly, Vince Foster had to have something to do with this,
I think some folks are wearing their tinfoil hats a little too tight.
If a Bush or Kennedy have a child, they can probably, and legitimately, believe the child is a potential US President, for anybody else, "anyone can be President", means, for the most part, anyone else.
I think Denis Leary put it best when he told of how he learned in school that as long as you were born in the US and were a US citizen, you could be President. He went home and asked his father about this, who told him yes, anyone with these qualifications could be President. So Denis said, "so I could be President?".
To which his father responded, "You? No way in Hell".

I think some folks are wearing their tinfoil hats a little too tight. They are not!
You can’t cinch aluminum foil down that tightly without it splitting. This is clearly something like an elastic knee brace pulled down over their heads for this kind of pressure to be exerted.
Sadly they were able to process this idea and act on it before they passed out. |

Of course, those of us who know that the Bilderbergers, the Illuminati, and the Freemasons joined in a secret alliance to control the world at the secret Seacaucus Conference in 1959 are completely unsurprised. Dude! The first rule of BIF-Club is that there is no BIF-Club. Plus you left out the good brothers of The Trilateral Commission and The North American Union ... but I’ve said too much.

*sigh* ’Tinfoil hats’, as you call them (more properly referred to as Aluminum Foil Deflection Beanies)* prevent such inappropriate thought processes. The snugness of fit should have no detrimental impact on the protective effect of well built and well maintained AFDBs*. * * http://zapatopi.net/afdb/ TIMFOILHATS |

From a "for the good of the country" POV, I like the SC decision.
That said, there is a REAL question as to whether Obama meets the applicable law - whether all the legalistic i’s are dotted and t’s crossed.
I know all the arguments about how unlikely it is that he was not born on US soil, but IF HE WAS NOT...
What keeps this issue alive for OBS’ers (and what gives them legs with the some of us) is Obama’s failure to simply spend the effort to produce a copy of a Certificate of Live Birth.
From http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/11/why_the_barack_obama_birth_cer.html (read the whole thing)F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program. From its web site: "In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL."
Spend the $50 and the courier fees. Jeez. It looks to me (assuming that there really isn’t anything there) that he’s got a bad case of what I use to call (in the relationship between my sister and our stepfather) the "you ain’t the boss of me" syndrome. |
