"... darling of the clueless among the anti-war left...."
"Clueless" & "anti-war left" is redundant.
A thousand of these cases wouldn’t put the tiniest dent in their skulls.
Many of them are in Congress, supposedly our "best and brightest".
Gawd help us!!! |

Hey, they’re going to claim they’re getting better, their lastest model, Scott Beauchamp (unofficially know as Jesse McBeth MkII) is still actually in the Army. |

Jesse’s gonna be somebody’s girl, I betcha...
And Buck Private STB might be in the army, but I would wager he won’t be recommended for re-enlistment... |

He told the judge today he wanted to apologize to "the real American heroes." HAHA...oh man, that particular line must’ve been hard for him to speak... |

HAHA...oh man, that particular line must’ve been hard for him to speak... I’m amazed Saint Patton didn’t strike him dead the moment he said it. |

Sad, but those who continue to support the continued occupation of Iraq - and the social re-engineering thereof - latch onto these isolated incidents of weirdness because ....
Well, actually, there is no reason.
But that’s the point, isn’t it?
Most Amercians don’t think that American soldiers should die to prop up an Iranian friendly government in Baghdad. With good reason. Those with a contrary opinion, however, talk about the Jesse Macbeth’s of the world, instead of dealing with the fact that staying in Iraq helps primarily the Iranians.
Sad. But then again, Reagan sold arms to the Iranains. Maybe it’s in the gene pool.
In an ideal world, there will come a time when those who think keeping troops in Iraq to support an Iranian-backed government in Baghdad will be called to answer for their lack of judgment and their willingness to spend American lives in the service of the mullahs in Tehran. |

The only weird part is that a leftist actually displayed his true feelings in a public setting, you would think they had learned by now that no one wants to hear their viewpoints anymore. |

staying in Iraq helps primarily the Iranians. Let’s see if I have this straight. Keeping a large U.S. military presence next door in Iraq somehow helps Iran. But withdrawing in defeat and leaving Iran with a free-hand in the region won’t help Iran. Is that what passes for logic in left-wing world? |

DavidC, this is classic Copperhead logic.

Iranian-backed government in Baghdad Yes, I’ve often heard that the Iranians try to utterly destabalize governments they back.
Seriously MK, what are you smoking, and will you share? |

Seriously MK, what are you smoking, and will you share? Check your history. MKUltra was a research project involving genuine Sandoz LSD. Don’t expect any such substance to change your political viewpoint. I’ve done LSD from both the Brotherhood and the Family, and smoked lots of herb over the last few decades, and I can see that the mullahs in Iran are not benefiting from current US action in Iraq. |
