I hit a few of the far left sites, just to see, the comments were nauseating.
Except for Kos, they did a fairly good job of putting a lid on the worst of the vile hate.
I did not agree with Snow’s stint as a press spokesman. I think he should have remained a journalist. But he was good at what he did, and from all accounts a genuinely decent man. |

RIP
Without illness I think Snow would have made a spectacular press secretary.
However, leave it the Bush administration to replace Scott McCellan with a man with illness for a high-stress job that no doubt has periods requiring long hours.
I don’t think Snow probably believed he couldn’t do the job, at least when he started. But the Bush administration shouldn’t have taken the chance. |

"Of course it overcame even him, as it always does, but I’m sure, knowing what little I know about Tony Snow, he went down swinging."
I know you didn’t really mean that. And part of the reason anyone with "The Big C" should fight like crazy is that new stuff is being discovered at an amazing rate and post-diagnosis longevity is increasing dramatically.
I mourn Tony’s death. He was a class act. His press briefings were informative and fun... Irreplaceable. |

Of all the people to have come from Fox News, Tony was and always will be my absolute favorite.
Rest in peace, Mr Snow. |

I know you didn’t really mean that. Yup, you’re right, Graybeard. Edited to say what I really meant. |
