Just a reminder ... Posted by: McQ

I know this is one of the things Billy Hollis feels rather strongly about, and I know this came out a couple of months ago, but it is always a good idea to remind everyone - when reading the "news" about the campaigns - where the "journalistic" money trail leads.
An analysis of federal records shows that the amount of money journalists contributed so far this election cycle favors Democrats by a 15:1 ratio over Republicans, with $225,563 going to Democrats, only $16,298 to Republicans .
Two-hundred thirty-five journalists donated to Democrats, just 20 gave to Republicans — a margin greater than 10-to-1. An even greater disparity, 20-to-1, exists between the number of journalists who donated to Barack Obama and John McCain.
Searches for other newsroom categories (reporters, correspondents, news editors, anchors, newspaper editors and publishers) produces 311 donors to Democrats to 30 donors to Republicans, a ratio of just over 10-to-1. In terms of money, $279,266 went to Dems, $20,709 to Republicans, a 14-to-1 ratio.
But remember, they're "professionals" and don't let their preferences cloud their reporting.
McQ, plz give us a topic that deals with the liberal take over of the repubs. I can’t trust John as I have felt he is the bad/good guy for a few years. He thinks we need a new GOP then advances big government junk. But you I only want to give a fat lip half the time so that is a bonus.
I did not say that correctly. The question is are there people out there besides me who do not want McCain as pres. as well as don’t want the big vagina "o"?
Do we have a way to vote to make things move in our direction?
